 Objective: standardization of manufacturing and management processes of “Gemini Espresso” company. “Gemini Espresso” сompany was founded in 1996 and is one among the leading coffee manufacturers in Ukraine within HoReCa segment. At the bottom of the company’s success lies high quality of products and reasonable prices in comparison with European analogues. The company produces only natural coffee using high quality coffee beans as raw material. Usage of advanced production methods, constant quality control of incoming raw material and final product output provide the company with possibility to manufacture coffee not only agreeable to the standards but even outclassing them by some characteristics. Executed work: for further increase of the company’s operational efficiency, the ISF specialists prepared two packages of documents and materials. Within the framework of these projects the standardization of all managerial experience of “Gemini Espresso” company was implemented, and a number of effective innovations were offered, including budgeting frame and internal auditing procedure. Moreover, quality procedures of the company’s manufacturing processes were developed for further certification in accordance with ISO standards 9001:2001. Website: espresso.com.ua |
