Objective: beer restaurant project development
The concept of “Strolling Cat” trademark lies in creation of modern beer restaurant (pub) in Alchevsk (Lugansk region) with possibility of further expansion to other cities of Eastern Ukraine.
The absence of decent competition in this format of restaurants served as a motivation to create this concept: the overwhelming majority of restaurants and cafes in Alchevsk offer the visitors miscellaneous dishes, but without a single menu forming concept or any house atmosphere. For this reason the task of “Strolling Cat” is to create such an atmosphere of a democratic beer house with the cuisine oriented at the restaurant’s format, with original dishes and wide assortment of bottled and draft beer.
Executed work: the ISF Company developed corporate style, house design, menu concept and process sheets, assortment and pricing policy, principles of personnel management in the restaurant and standards of services to visitors, as well as reporting system for the house owner.
