ADD (Dobrogo Dnya Pharmacy)
 Objective: business standardization of brand pharmamarkets of “Dobrogo Dnya Pharmacy” trademark.
“Dobrogo Dnya Pharmacy” TM is an example of most dynamic retail network in the sphere of medicine and supplies trade. Having opened the first pharmamarket (the pharmacy with free trade zone) in August 2006, the owner of the trademark, “Pharmastore” company, expanded their network to 10 stores by the end of the year, and in the beginning of February 2008 - 73 outlets were functioning. Moreover, the monthly rate of launching from 5 to 10 new pharmacies is observed by the company to the present day. Following the results of year 2007, the “Dobrogo Dnya Pharmacy” pharmamarkets network was pronounced the winner of annual competition of pharmaceutical field professionals in Ukraine “Panacea – 2007” in “Pharmacy of the year” nomination (“Pharmacies network of the year” category).
The company uses the most contemporary methods of business conduct; in particular, it plans to actively develop its network with the help of franchising.
Executed work: the ISF company developed the package of documents describing in details the functioning of brand pharmacies and their interaction with the central office of the company, including:
Pharmacy staff management standards (recruiting, training and adaptation of personnel). Business-processes standards (assortment and pricing policy, order of pharmacy’s cluster definition, order of supply organization, storage and material assets stocktaking). Regulations for pharmacy launching (requirements for pharmacy location and premises, stages and processes of new pharmacy launching). Standards of pharmacies network management. Standards of pharmacies network marketing activity.
Apart from that, the ISF company specialists accomplished business-modeling of key processes within the branch according to ARIS methodology, and developed personnel responsibility tables according to RASCI methodology.
